For AIRBNB ITALY we are looking for a: COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT MANAGER MICO Key Activities and Responsibilities: Executing the Mi Co community strategy focused on: Host Education strategy and execution: Monthly webinars Monthly email campaigns Today tab & push notifications Host clubs toolkit Host Engagement: Airbnb meetups and host meetups Olympic Torch Relay with hosts as torchbearers Torch relay meetups Ticket gamification Host spotlight Contest selection and ceremonies Creation and management of a dedicated Mi Co community Requirements: Passionate about community building and management Master's or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (communication science/economics/tourism) 6 years experience in community, event, or project management Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal Growth and analytical mindset; entrepreneurial, resourceful, and goal-driven Strong empathy for our community; good listener, patient, approachable, flexible, and effective in communications Fast learner and problem solver Comfortable with Excel, Google Docs, and social media platforms/tools (e. g. , Facebook, Grytics, Sprinklr) Previous knowledge of Splash, Zoom webinars, and Salesforce CRM is a plus Italian native speaker Fluent in English Based in Milan Willing to travel to meet hosts in person if required Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary, the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment, with a team of goal-oriented colleagues.
