Job Title Clinical Application Specialist - Hospital Patient Monitoring Job Description As a Clinical Application Specialist in Hospital Patient Monitoring ( HPM ), you will act as the clinical expert for IIG ( Italy, Israel, and Greece), engaging with healthcare professionals to understand their needs, optimize their workflows, support sales, train users, and provide valuable market insights to enhance Philips' innovative monitoring solutions and maximize customer satisfaction.
Your role: Being the clinical referent for HPM within the territory of competence (IIG: Italy, Israel and Greece) Understand customer needs and be able to analyze and improve workflows Responsible to support the sales process for both direct and indirect channel by highlighting the clinical advantages of our technology, proactively supporting sales for upgrades and new features for installed base, supporting and advising marketing force during tenders and system promotions Educates sales team on emerging clinical issues and positioning solutions to address these market changes.
Keeps up to date with new developments in the clinical application and operating field of the relevant equipment Training customers (post-sales) in order to achieve optimal usage of our solutions, improving their workflows with our solutions.
Providing feedback from the customer/markets on our solution back to the Business Innovation Unit Supporting new products launches and providing required applications report on completion of all application visits.
You're the right fit if you have: Master Degree level education or equivalent in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing or equivalent in medical discipline Almost 2/3 years of experience in clinical environment preferably in Acute Care or Emergency Department Knowledge of clinical workflow within the domain Exposure or experience in delivering clinical training Ability to complete tasks independently with minimal guidance Willingness to travel around IIG zone is required Advanced English, verbal and written in addition to Italian as local language Strong collaboration attitude in networked working environment How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart.
For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is a field role and we expect in-person activities either at customer locations or in the office at least 3 days a week.
