She/he will have to provide customers with high-quality service by meeting their needs and expectations, as well as spreading the philosophy and culture of the Brand.
Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of Etro history and heritage.
Assist customers accordingly with Etro selling ceremony.
Discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in the fashion world and developments in the luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products.
Ensure the achievement of the Store goals, enhancing and developing the business.
Build and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM strategies.
Establish good group dynamics through efficient communication.
Contribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Etro visual guidelines.
Help ensure the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise.
Follow Company grooming standards in accordance with Etro policies.
Key Requirements: Deep passion for fashion and luxury.
Experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customer attitude.
Ability to adapt to different customers.
Team-playing attitude.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
