Chartered Accountant and/or Lawyer

The Italian Branch is a firm of lawyers (" società tra avvocati" ) with professionals and offices operating in Milan and Bologna, specialized in several areas, including corporate law and M A, energy, civil and tax litigation, intellectual property, transfer pricing, corporate tax and corporate reorganizations.
For our Bologna office we are looking for professional roles (junior/senior) to support the tax department team both in the Corporate tax area for the following activities: Lawyer Tax litigation activity (also against Tax Authority)pre-litigation assessment Chartered Accountant Corporate tax consultancy tax compliance,VAT, direct taxesCAPABILIITES Degree in Economics/ Law Degree.
Fluent in English.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
Strong relational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team, resourcefulness, flexibility and availability.
Having attended a Master' s degree in " Tax Law" and a previous experience of 2/5 years gained in professional firms associated with the Big Four or boutiques specializing in tax law is a nice to have.
