You will take full technical responsibility for key products, shaping their development with a high degree of autonomy.

Tasks Focus 100% on programming , or split your time with 70-80% development and the rest spent on technical coordination with external consultants Take ownership of a key product within a small team (8-10 developers) Ensure high-quality code and architecture for product development, maintenance, and deployment Collaborate with external consultants and improve the product through rapid feedback cycles Requirements C# (.
NET) – 5+ years of experience Strong knowledge of SQL databases Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code Experience with microservices (design, develop, deploy) Proficient in automated unit testing and integration testing Italian (C2) + English (B2) or English (C1) Self-driven, independent work , and decision-making Experience in leading coordination with external consultants is a plus Nice to Haves : Experience with Java Benefits 13th month salary included Work up to 40% remote , or in-office with colleagues Flexible hours and the ability to work at your own pace Opportunity to take full technical responsibility for projects, including consulting and team expansion Work either in Cortaccia , South Tyrol or Verona .
