Romazzino, located on the stunning Costa Smeralda in northern Sardinia, will reopen for the 2025 season on 28 May.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Butler Agent at Romazzino, a Belmond Hotel.

Main Duties

- Take care of welcome operations

- In charge of checking every detail of the room before arrival

- Set up the room according to guests’ preferences/needs

- Offer packing/unpacking service, pressing and laundry, shoe polish, etc.

- Observe all personal belongings (position of shoes, dress, make-up for women, etc. . . )

- Supervise F B service in the room

- Personalize the in-room bar offer



Requirements

- Multiple languages desirable e. g. Arabic, Russian, Chinese, English, French, German, Spanish

- International work experience in 5* hotels

- F B experience

- Knowledge of Housekeeping procedures

- Attention to details

- Discretion

- Sales attitude

- Creativity
