Following a major fundraising round and continued strong growth, we are seeking a Business Developer - Northeastern Italy F/M Key responsabilites: You will report directly to the International Sales Director.
In this role, you will operate independently while maintaining a collaborative, positive mindset and supportive approach to expanding your network.
Your core duties will involve: Sales Prospecting (85% of the time) : As a hunter, you identify opportunities, contact qualified leads and meet with potential clients in order to generate new business.
You'll manage the follow-ups trough to closing, as well as their retention.
Client portfolio management: You are the key contact in your area, handle deliveries and equipment installations when needed, while building strong relationships with your clients and partners.
Reporting and activity tracking: You daily report activites and update your pipeline through the CRM, in order to measure your KPI and assist the accounting team with payment tracking when needed.
Events: Occasionally, you participate in events and trade shows.
About you: You have at least 2 years of professional experience in selling high-value products, preferably in B2B.
You have a strong interest in both wine sector and new technologies.
You are known for your autonomy, high energy and resilience, and your friends would describe you as enthusiastic.
With a strong customer focus, you excel at collaborating effectively with different teams, including technical and after-sales service teams.
You are fluent or native in Italian and English.
French is a plus but not essential.
