In particular the profile researched will: manage of existing clients and generate of new pipeline that will support the sales revenue goals; generate interest, qualify, develop and close new business Identify business opportunities and meet key decision markets in order to obtain commitment in sales goals/targets.
Create, plan and implement strategic sales and business development initiatives Work independently or in a strategic collaboration with the whole market structure to meet and exceed revenue targets and goals assigned Promote the company, ensuring that the organization receives positive exposure to enhance the brand image.
Utilize references and industry contacts to increase sale Approach the customers as an expert consultant and as a partner for his business and growth Collaborate with other markets and WWCC in order to develop an innovative projects for his clients Support the market owner in managing relationships with key potential clients (such as Lending Institutions, Governments, Central Bank) to identify up and cross-sell opportunities The position is based in Bologna.
Conoscenze e requisiti indispensabili Necessary Knowledge and Requirements Buona conoscenza di Office ( Power Point, Excel, accesso) almeno tre anni di esperienza nella gestione di progetti rilevanti buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Disponibilità a trasferte frequenti sul territorio nazionale Very good Knowledge of Office (power point, excel, access) at least 3 years of experience in the relevant project management Good knowledge of the English language Availability to travel in Italy Abilità skills Capacità di gestire le relazioni con clienti interni/esterni con un approccio consulenziale Predisposizione allo sviluppo business capacità di identificare e monitorare gli obiettivi che si stanno perseguendo e individuare le strategie per raggiungere i risultati definiti Capacità di lavorare con i team interni per massimizzare i risultati su cliente e la customer satisfaction Ability to manage internal/external customers’ relationships with a consulting approach Aptitude for business development Ability to identify and monitoring goals and results and identify the best strategies to reach the results planned.
