Business Consultant for Sales Force Automation (SFA) – solution Business Consultant for Sales Force Automation (SFA) – solution As Business Consultant for our SFA-solution, you participate in international implementation projects inside the Würth Group.
Responsibilities: Analyze our customer’s business processes related to Sales Marketing inside the Würth Group; Collect business requirements and evaluate optimization possibilities; Design innovative solutions for our customers making their business processes more efficient; Organize as well as hold trainings and customer workshops; Support customers during the whole project lifecycle; Manage accounts and support assigned customers; Provide consultancy related to new SW releases functionalities.
Requirements: Strong interest in Consulting business and in business process optimization; Outstanding analytical and communication skills; Good team player and highly customer oriented; Willingness to travel; Fluency in German, good Italian and English language skills; Familiarity with wholesale related business processes or professional experiences in a similar role will be an advantage.
