Description


We are currently seeking a Legal Counsel as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

How you will contribute:


• Day-by-day legal assistance to HR (except for employment matters), Security, Architecture and Facility, Retail and Wholesale teams.


• Drafting and negotiation of agreements for construction or provision of services or goods to offices and stores (including, among others, NDA/confidentiality agreements, consultancy agreements, general contractor, millwork and other services or goods supply contracts).


• Drafting and negotiation of retail and wholesale agreements (including, among others, real estate/business lease and/or sale and purchase agreements, concession, distribution, franchising, agency, partnership and license agreements).

Who you are:


• Graduated in Law


• 3-5 years of experience in the Legal field


• Fluency in Italian and English


• Great attention to details and accuracy


• Good interpersonal, time management and multitasking skills


• Good working knowledge of the basic Microsoft Office package
