VOCO Hotel – Malta, a distinguished member of the IHG Hotels &, Resorts family, is seeking an exceptional Assistant F&, B Manager to elevate our Food &, Beverage offerings and drive memorable guest experiences.
As Assistant F&, B Manager, you will play a key leadership role, reporting directly to the Cluster Head of Food &, Beverage.
You’ll oversee the seamless daily operations of our F&, B outlets, ensuring every guest enjoys the highest standard of service.
From fine dining to casual dining and special events, your ability to maintain excellence in every aspect of F&, B service will be critical.
Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the Head of F&, B to ensure the smooth running of all food and beverage outlets, aligning with VOCO’s luxury standards and ethos. • Lead and inspire a team to deliver an exceptional F&, B experience, optimizing operational efficiency, service standards, and guest satisfaction. • Oversee budget management, inventory control, forecasting, and cost analysis to ensure profitability and compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines while enhancing operational procedures to drive service excellence and innovative guest offerings. • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve the F&, B department's performance and guest satisfaction.
