In this role, you will oversee daily operations across multiple stores, manage performance standards, and drive compliance with company policies.
The ideal candidate has a strong leadership and sales operations background in the drainage, or water treatment industry, with multi-location management experience and a proactive approach to team development.

Area Store Manager Responsibilities • Oversee daily operations and performance across (3) locations • Train and mentor store managers to improve efficiency and leadership skills • Monitor sales and compliance, addressing discrepancies as needed • Develop and communicate performance standards and sales targets • Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance operations • Report progress and challenges to senior management regularly • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards • Manage branch visits and oversee employee work schedules • Handle hiring, interviewing, and employee development initiatives Area Store Manager Qualifications • 2 years of sales and operational team management (5 employees) required • Proven leadership and employee development skills required • Multi-location management experience required • Experience in irrigation, drainage, or water treatment industry required • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software required • Valid driver’s license required Satisfactory completion of a background check will be required upon hire for this position.
