Analytics, Efficiency and Digitalisation Officer ( Full/ Parttime) (IT-HP-25013d) Full-time HE Space is a successful international space company.

HE Space has joined forces with CS Group to lead the engineering and digital space market in Europe and to provide highly skilled consulting.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities Using cloud-based SAP Success Factors, and on-premise Payroll (PY) and Time Management (TM) reporting modules to prepare meaningful statistics and reports, and proactively analyse them to support the efficient running of the operations.
Contributing to the Division’s digitalisation and efficiency strategy by conducting structured operational process feedback sessions with the team, and consequently elaborating concrete, actionable improvements.
Producing detailed requirements for submission to the IT department as regards the further digitalisation of our processes using SAP Success Factors, and following up the ensuing (minor) IT projects.
Skills & Experience Formal academic qualification at least at Bachelor level, in Business or Public Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Informatics, Engineering, or a related field.
Required behavioural attributes are discipline, professionalism, excellent attention to detail, and absolute discretion.
Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
