Description ⚠ PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING ⚠ You have a fluent level of English and Italian,   Please submit your CV ONLY in English,**YOUR MISSION** ** YOUR GOALS ** Support in preparation of the monthly management reporting packages per country, identifying and analysing route cause of variation and completing management commentary for all lines of the P&L Prepare country pack presentations Support in the design, build and upgrade of existing commercial models Partner with Country General Managers and Commercial Teams in evaluating both existing and new business opportunities, performing profitability reviews on both Support design of country commercial strategy Support the adoption of standard finance tools and processes Provides input for budget and forecast cycles on defined scope combining FP&A data analytics with business insights with limited support  Clearly measure and communicate performance against these Control and analysis of costs Participation in current department projects and other tasks  With support, develops analysis incorporating non-financial driver KP Is to help partners monitor leading indicators Support in the development of the financial aspect of the Integrated Business Planning process ** WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** 3+ years of Finance experience preferably for complex multinational businesses, with Commercial and Supply Chain Finance expertise Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Established financial, commercial, and strategic analysis skills.
Excellent data management skills.
Base level financial modelling skills (DCF Analysis, scenario analysis, business case development, business valuations, and operational modelling).
Commercial acumen with demonstrated strength in solving both structured and unstructured problems.
Advanced Word / Excel / Power Point skills.
