Key Responsibilities: Administration: Check and record customer payments.
Support in preparing documents for public tenders.
Assist with debt collection.
Perform back-office and front-office activities.
Customer Service: Respond to customer comments, suggestions, complaints, and problems to ensure satisfaction.
Process day-to-day customer enquiries via email and resolve issues.
Provide customers with information on company policies and procedures.
Investigate and forward complex complaints.
Assist customers with returns, exchanges, or refund requests and issue credit notes.
Input new customer master data into ERP systems.
Minimum Requirements: Previous experience in customer service roles (preferred).
Proficiency in Excel.
Basic knowledge of the English language.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of computer use and software applications.
Ability to handle customer interactions in a courteous, professional, and empathetic manner.
Active listening skills to understand customers’ needs and concerns.
Problem-solving orientation to resolve customer requests or problems quickly and effectively. #LI-YM1
