(Senior) Consultant – Scrum Master Insurance in Germany

Your Tasks You advise our customers in the insurance environment in agile transformation and digitalization projects.
You support teams in the transition from traditional management techniques to agile methods.
You support agile teams by facilitating specific ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives and coach team members.
You represent the team externally and coordinate with the product owner and stakeholders.
You analyze and improve your customer’s agile practices, considering processes, culture, and technology.
You prepare customer meetings and lead workshops.
You support our team in the continuous development of our services and contribute your own ideas and topics.
Your Profile You hold a University degree You have proven professional experience as a Scrum Master, agile project manager or in a comparable position in an agile environment You have experience using agile tools (e. g.
